Terms and Conditions
These terms set out the agreement between you and BTC Casinos (atlantascreenwriters.net) when you read, browse or act on anything published here. We compare VPN-friendly crypto casinos that accept US players, and this page explains what that comparison is — and, just as importantly, what it is not. Reading on means you accept the conditions below.
Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice. Online gambling law in the US varies by state and changes over time. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read on this site.
Who may use this site
BTC Casinos is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 to use this site, and at least 21 where the casino's own rules or your state's rules set that higher minimum. Each operator publishes its own minimum age in its terms; check it before you register, because an account opened below the stated age can be closed and its balance forfeited.
You also confirm that you are accessing the site from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful for you, and that you are responsible for checking your own state's gambling laws. We do not verify your age, location or eligibility — the casinos you visit do that, and so do you.
The legal position we take on offshore crypto casinos
We do not present the sites we cover as legal or regulated for US players. They are almost all offshore operators licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan, and some hold a Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) licence for other markets. None of them is licensed by a US state regulator. There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the US; state-regulated online casinos exist in a short list of states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, and those operators do not run on cryptocurrency.
That leaves offshore crypto gambling sites in a legal grey area for most US residents. Some states are more explicitly restrictive than others, and many operators self-restrict particular states in their own terms. Our comparison of VPN-friendly crypto casinos for US players explains how that self-restriction works in practice. We will never tell you a site is legal or available in a state where it isn't, and we will never suggest ways to misrepresent your identity or location to get around geoblocks, KYC checks, anti-money-laundering procedures or sanctions screening. Using a VPN may also breach an operator's terms of service, which can mean a closed account and a forfeited balance — that risk sits with you.
How we make money, and what commission does not buy
BTC Casinos earns revenue through affiliate arrangements. If you follow a link from one of our pages to a crypto casino and open an account, we may receive a commission from that operator. You pay nothing extra, and the offer you see is the offer the operator publishes.
Commission does not buy position. Ratings and ranking order are set editorially, against the criteria below, and a partner that scores badly is written up badly. Where we can't verify something an operator claims — a licence number, a payout time, a bonus condition — we say so rather than repeating the marketing copy. Some sites we cover have no commercial relationship with us at all.
What our editorial ratings mean
Scores such as the 10.0 shown for BetPanda or the 9.9 shown for CoinPoker Casino, Cryptorino, Punkz and Hyperlucky are our own editorial assessments. They are not customer review scores, not survey results, and not the output of any testing, depositing or withdrawing by our team. We research operators, read their published terms and verify what can be verified from public sources. Advertised withdrawal speeds are reported as advertised, never as measured results.
What we assess, and the limits of it
| Factor | What we look at | What we can't confirm for you |
|---|---|---|
| Coin support | Whether BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE and other altcoins are listed as accepted | Whether a coin is still supported on the day you deposit |
| Payout speed | Advertised processing times and stated withdrawal limits | How fast your specific cash-out clears, or what the network charges at that moment |
| Verification | Stated KYC policy, including where play is advertised as no-KYC | Whether an operator will request documents from you later under its AML obligations |
| Bonuses | Headline offer plus the published wagering, time limits and eligibility rules | Whether terms have changed since our last check |
| Licensing | The licence an operator publicly claims and its jurisdiction | That any licence gives a US player meaningful recourse |
| Games and fairness | Slots, live dealer, table games, crash, dice, plinko, in-house originals; provably fair tools and RNG certification claims | The RTP configured on any individual title at any given site |
Our information is a starting point for your own checks, not a substitute for them. Operators change terms, restrict states, revise bonus rules and adjust limits without telling us. The operator's own terms and conditions always override anything published here.
Bonus terms are the operator's, not ours
Every promotion we mention belongs to the casino offering it, and every one carries conditions we cannot waive or negotiate. When you see a headline like BetPanda's 10% weekly cashback, CoinPoker Casino's 150% welcome bonus up to $2,000, Cryptorino's 100% match up to 1 BTC with 10% weekly cashback, Punkz's 20,000 USDT welcome package with 15% cashback, or Hyperlucky's 20% daily cashback up to $10,000 plus 100 free spins, treat the number as the ceiling, not the expectation.
- Wagering/playthrough — bonus funds and often winnings from free spins must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal.
- Minimum deposit and qualifying stake — you must fund the account with your own crypto to qualify. Nothing on this site is free money.
- Time limits — bonuses, cashback and spins expire, sometimes within days.
- Game weighting and caps — slots, live dealer and table games often contribute at different rates, and max win or max bet caps usually apply.
- Eligibility — new customers only in most cases, one per person, household, device and IP address, with restricted countries and states excluded.
- Abuse rules — duplicate accounts, bonus-hunting patterns and prohibited betting strategies can void a bonus and any winnings from it.
Read the operator's full bonus terms before you claim. Rakeback and cashback deals such as those advertised by Winna, Thrill, BC Game, Wild.io and Vave often depend on VIP or loyalty tier, and the headline percentage is typically the top tier rather than the entry one.
Money, crypto and the risks you accept
BTC Casinos never holds, processes or takes custody of your funds. We do not accept deposits, place bets or pay winnings. All transactions happen on-chain between your wallet and the casino, and every part of that is between you and the operator.
Practical points you accept when acting on our content:
- Network and gas fees are yours. Bitcoin, Ethereum and other chains charge fees that vary with congestion. Litecoin, Dogecoin and stablecoin transfers on low-cost networks are usually cheaper, but the amount arriving may still be less than the amount sent.
- Confirmation times vary. An operator's "instant withdrawal" claim refers to its own processing, not to block confirmations, and not to manual review if one is triggered.
- Withdrawal limits apply. Daily, weekly and per-transaction caps are common, and VIP tier can change them.
- Crypto prices move. A balance held in BTC, ETH or an altcoin can fall in dollar terms while you play, independently of results. USDT and USDC are used precisely to avoid that, though stablecoins carry issuer and depeg risk of their own.
- Self-custody is unforgiving. Lose a seed phrase and the funds are gone. Send to a wrong address or the wrong network and they are usually unrecoverable. Turn on two-factor authentication wherever an operator offers it.
- Gambling loses money. The house edge applies regardless of which coin you use, and no bonus, rakeback deal or provably fair tool changes that. Never stake money you need for anything else.
Tax
US players are generally liable for tax on gambling winnings and may also have reporting obligations on crypto disposals. Anonymous or no-KYC play does not remove those obligations, and we do not present it as a way to hide income or avoid tax. Speak to a qualified tax professional about your own position.
Sports betting and other products on the same accounts
Several operators we cover run more than a casino. CoinPoker Casino sits alongside a crypto poker product; sites such as BC Game, Vave, Winna and Thrill also offer sportsbooks, and Vave's package includes a free bet alongside its casino bonus. These are separate products with separate terms — bonus eligibility, wagering contribution, betting limits and settlement rules for sports differ from casino play, and a casino bonus usually cannot be used on sports or poker. Our reviews focus on casino play; check the operator's sportsbook or poker terms directly before you use those sections.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment with a cost, not a way to make money, solve a financial problem or recover a loss. Set a deposit limit before you start, take breaks, and stop when the session budget is gone rather than topping it up.
If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is available on 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling resources cover the tools worth using and where to find further support. Be aware that offshore crypto casinos may not offer the same player protections, deposit controls or self-exclusion schemes as state-regulated operators, and that self-exclusion at one offshore site does not carry across to others.
Content, accuracy and intellectual property
All text, tables, ratings and page design on atlantascreenwriters.net belong to BTC Casinos unless stated otherwise. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. Republishing pages, scraping the site or reproducing our comparisons commercially is not permitted. Operator names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here for identification only.
We publish in good faith and date our reviews, but we give no warranty that content is complete, current or error-free, and we accept no liability for losses arising from gambling, from crypto price movements, from transaction errors or from any dealing with a third-party operator. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites or their terms.
Changes, disputes and getting in touch
We may update these terms as the site, its partners or the regulatory picture change, and the current version is the one that applies. Complaints about an account, a withdrawal or a bonus must go to the operator's support team first, then to whatever complaints route its licensing body provides — we have no authority over operator decisions and cannot release funds or reverse account closures.
